Copy of the will of John Glover, citizen and ironmonger of London, dated 8 May 1706, bequeathing his manor of Down and all property in Down and Cudnham, Kent, to his son John Glover and his heirs male; to his executors, his brother Gabriel Glover and Jacob Delillers, £15 each from the residue of his estate; the residue of his estate to be divided equally between all his children living at his death, to be paid to his sons at the age of 21 and to his daughters at the age of 21 or at marriage; and if any die before such a time the legacy is to be divided equally between the survivors. Proved at London, 3 July 1706.
