Gift with warranty from Henry Ballard' of Coventr' to Simon de Depyng' of Coventr', merchant, of a messuage lying in `vico parci minori' [Little Park Street] in Coventr' having the tenement which William atte Cros, corviser, holds and which formerly belonged to John atte Cros, on both sides in breadth and extending in length from the said street to the ditch of the park of Coventr'; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: John Warde, bailiff of Coventr', Jordan de Shepeye, Roger le Hunte, Richard de Shipton', Henry del Heth', John le Chaloner, Walter de Wilye, clerk, and others.
