Description
Deed for effecting an agreement between the Reverend Thomas Leigh of Adlestrop, James Leigh Perrott of Scarletts, in Wargrave, co. Berks., and James Henry Leigh of Adlestrop, whereby the family's Warwickshire estates are charged with a payment to James Leigh Perrott of £20,000 and an annuity of £2,000 to him and, after his death, to his wife, Jane, for life, in discharge of any claim he has under the wills of the late Edward Lord Leigh and his sister, Mary Leigh.
