Grant by William Fetherston of Packewode, yeoman, to John Fetherston his son of a cottage in the borough of Warwick next Joyce Poole, called Brightie bower, between land of the Church of St. Nicholas on the east, and the tenement of William Fetherstone in the tenure of John Large on the west.
