Draft release by Cecilia Adams, Honington, widow (one of 2 daughters and co-heirs of William Dowdeswell, late Willington, collar maker, by Elizabeth his wife née Humphreys, both deceased) to William Dunsbee, Willington, Barcheston, jersey comber, of moiety of house and close adjoining in Willington, to which she is entitled by virtue of marriage settlement (8 9 April 1768) of her said parents, for £50, the said William Dunsbee being in possession of other moiety in right of his wife, the other daughter and co-heir.
