Assignment by Zacchaeus Hemmings, Upper Ettington, carpenter, and Ann Roberts, the same, widow (mortgagees) and Anthony Parker, the same, yeoman, to William Horniblow, Shipston-on-Stour, surgeon of all personal estate of said Anthony Parker together with messuage, premises and 2 acres in trust for William Horniblow to pay debts due from Anthony Parker to representatives of William Weston, deceased.
