Draft release by William Gardner, Oxhill, grazier, Elizabeth Blakeman, Todenham, Glos., widow (mortgagees by deed 7 June 1799), Francis Findon, Shipston-on-Stour, gentleman (mortgagee by deed 16 17 July 1799) and Anthony Parker, Upper Ettington, yeoman, and Sarah his wife (mortgagors) with Robert Lyne, Rencombe, Glos., farmer and Rachel his wife (who had covenanted in deed 5 April 1791 to levy fine but as yet failed so to do) to Edward Roberts, Oxford, gentleman for £900 of messuage and 10 acres in Upper Ettington.
