Draft release by Eliza Shirley George, late Stratford-upon-Avon, now Lemington, Glos., widow and John Kemp, Warwick, grocer (Trustees of the will, 25 Feb 1853 of J.W. George, Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer, deceased. Proved 21 July 1853) to Isaac Plumb, late Loxley now Wellesbourne, farmer, for £1780 of The Lower Field, Loxley, with two cottages thereon erected, together with 3/4 ley woodland.
