Draft release by John Cox, Halford, innholder and Frances his wife to John Gough, Halford, baker, for £250 of messuage known as the White Lion, Halford, together with bakehouse, stables and appurtenances, formerly in occupation John Ashfield, then his widow Elizabeth, since George Boyce and now of said John Gough and which were purchased 7 8 January 1789 by said John Cox of Edward Stanley.
