Memorandum of Agreement between John Guy, Broadwell, Glos. farmer and Thomas Fletcher, Aston Magna, Blockley, gent. for the sale and purchase for £3,800 of messuage, old enclosed lands and premises of said John Guy or of his father in Aston Magna, in occupation Mrs. Harris and her son, held by lease for lives from Bishop of Worcester for lives of Thomas Bund and 2 sons, subject to lease to Harris. Endorsed 25 March 1806 with agreement between Thomas Guy and Thomas Fletcher extending agreed period to finalise sale because of Fletcher's misfortune.
