Description
Draft lease by Edward Gibbs, Stretton-on-Fosse, and William Potter, Compton Scorpion, farmer to William Ashern, Bretforton Worcs., yeoman, of two thirds of farm house, 3 cottages and lands at Bretforton (to which Gibbs, Potter and Ashern are jointly entitled) for 12 years at £80, viz. £40 each plus £15 annuity to Mrs. Sarah Baldwin of Bretforton, widow, with proviso that, if she die during term of lease, rent rises to £90.
