Draft release by William Watts, Tysoe, Warks., baker, Joseph Ashby Gillett, late Brailes, now Shipston-on-Stour, gent. (Devisees in trust and executors of Mary Ashby, late Tysoe, spinster, deceased) and Thomas Stock, Epwell, Oxon., farmer (nephew and residuary legatee of said Mary Ashby) to Walker Stock, Epwell, cordwainer for £18 of cottage and garden in Milton formerly in occupation Andrew Hall, now of Parish Officers, and which were part of estates devised by Richard Maulle, Milton, yeoman to his niece Mary Ashby and which she, by will 28 April 1817, devised to Watts (her brother[in-law] and Gillett as trustees for the benefit of Thomas Stock.
