Demise from Thomas Throkmerton esq., John Benford' and John Kyng' to John Merston' of London, goldsmith, of the manor of Middelton, Worcs., which they held by the gift of feoffment of the said John Merston' jointly with Thomas Greswold' now deceased;
to hold to John Merston and his legitimate heirs from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service or in default to his right heirs for ever.
