Gift with warranty from John Howman of Bradeley in the forest of Feckenham and Alice his wife, daughter and heir of Hugh Wheler of Tardebygge, to William Gefferey of Benteley Pauncefot of all the lands and tenements which they held in the manor of Tardebygge or elsewhere in the demesne of Benteley;
to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.

Dated at Tardebygge on the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 10 Henry VI.
