Conveyance by lease and release from Robert Masefield of Erdington in Aston, yeoman, and Alice his wife, and Joseph Clarke of Birmingham, toymaker, to William Wilkinson of Erdington, yeoman, reciting DR26/5 - 6, for £68, of a close containing about one acre in Erdington, adjoining the road leading from the Marl Pool in Erdington towards Shalford Bridge, with the barn and buildings erected thereon, in the tenure of the said Robert Masefield.
