Conveyance by lease and release from William Wilkinson of Erdington in Aston, yeoman, to Jonathon Harrison of Erdington, gardner, for £103 19s. 0d. of a piece of land called Masefields Croft, containing about one acre, in Erdington, adjoining the road leading from the Marl Pool in Erdington towards Shalford Bridge, bounded by land in the tenure of the said Robert Masefield, a pool or piece of waste ground called Meer Pool or Meer Pool Green, and the lane or highway leading thence to the said road and to Coten End Green; also a barn and buildings erected thereon, and all which premises are now in the tenure of the said William Wilkinson.
