Demise from Hugh Hollinshed, gentleman, to Richard Bellingham, son of Robert Bellingham, (reciting letters patent of 22 April last granting to the said Hugh Hollinshed the manor of Naunton) of a moiety of a messuage, half a yardland, close, one other messuage, one other half yardland etc. (boundaries and tenants) in Naunton (which premises, on 30 July 24 Henry VIII, were granted to the said Robert Bellingham, as appears by copy of court roll of the said manor, and which the said Hugh Hollinshed had leased to Robert Bellingham on 20 August 4 Elizabeth for 40 years); to hold the same after the death of the said Robert Bellingham for 2000 years rendering annually 2 pence.
