Lease with warranty from John Tybbot of Kyngs Totenhyll in the parish of Tardebyg in the county of Warwycke, yeoman, and Richard Underhyll of Tardebyg of a leasowe called the Schowe in Tardebyg lying between Nashhyll yate and Whymble dole, abutting on the Schawe yate and so adjoining the lane leading from the said Schawe yate to the said Nashhyll yate;
to hold from 3 years to 3 years at the annual rent of 1d.; the said Richard having sufficient heybote to enclose the said land but was not to plough or sow the said land; the said John reserving the right of entry and exit.
