Assignment from Daniel Tracy of Goodmans Fields co. Middlesex and Margaret his wife, with the consent of William Shaw of Warwick sadler and Hannah his wife, to George Sowtherne, then Mayor of Stratford-upon-Avon gent. and others of the property in Stratford-upon-Avon and Clopton described in DR150/1/1. To hold the same for the residue of a term of years as follows: to hold the biggest of the 3 messuages in Henley Street, in the occupation of Richard Etheridge formerly of Clement George, to the use of Thomas Horne of Stratford-upon-Avon gent. in trust to attend the inheritance, to hold the pasture land at Clopton to the use of Job Hobbins of Woodlowe in St. Nicholas parish, Warwick, and to hold the two smaller messuages in Henley Street to the use of the said William and Hannah Shaw.
