Mortgage by lease and release from Jonathan Harrison of Erdington in Aston, gardner, to James Male of Birmingham, ironmonger, of the premises described in DR26/9-10, now in the occupation of the said Jonathan Harrison, also a close in Erdington called Brick Croft containing 1¾ acres, bounded on two sides by land late belonging to Mr. Jennens and adjoining the road leading from Birmingham towards Sutton Coldfield by Erdington Brickiln at one end and land of Robert Twist at the other, (which croft was lately taken and enclosed out of a field in Erdington called Whatcroft Field), to secure £150.
