Conveyance by lease and release from James Male of Birmingham, ironmonger, with the consent of Jonathan Harrison of Erdington, gardner, to Joseph Hanson of Erdington, blacksmith, reciting DR26/11-12, 14, for £220 (£200 to James Male in discharge of the recited mortgage, and £20 to Jonathan Harrison), of Masefields Close in Erdington, containing one acre, adjoining the road leading from the Marl Pool towards Shalford Bridge, bounded by land late in the tenure of Robert Masefields but now of ----- Pickering, a pool or piece of waste ground called Meer Pool or Meer Pool Green and a lane leading from there to the said road and Stockland Green, with the buildings erected thereon, late in the tenure of Robert Masefields, since of William Wilkinson and now of Jonathan Harrison.
