Reconveyance from John Gibbs of Warwick, stonemason, with the consent of William Tibbitts of Wroxall, farmer, to John Edward Henry Greves of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of two messuages in Oversley in the tenure of Joseph Masters and George Bachelor ; the piece of land opposite the cottage, also in Oversley; a messuage in Rother Street in the tenures of John Edward Henry Greves, Michael Edwards and James Ward; and his (Greves') interest, during the life of William Salmon, in three cottages in Upper Ettington in the tenures of Joseph Bacon, --- Jeffs, William Taylor and William Keys. With the following recitals: i) 1 November 1861: mortgage from John Edward Henry Greves to John Gibbs, to secure £50, of the above premises.
