Bucks., gent., to Joseph Walter Simonds of Mursley, yeoman (reciting a conveyance, 18 19 July 1831 from George Meacher to Thomas Robert Rackshow) for £155, of a messuage in Mursley formerly in the tenure of John Symonds but now a public house known as the Old Wrestlers, in the tenure of Thomas Bowler. With schedule of deeds, from 15 May 1793 and bond of indemnity.
