Mortgage by lease and release from Henry Greves of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber-merchant, to Robert Bell Wheler of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., as trustee for John Hitchman of Stratford-upon-Avon, currier and leather cutter, of a house in Sheep Street in the occupation of Henry Greves which, together with a messuage adjoining on the west (but now divided off and sold by Henry Greves to his father John Greves of Warwick, yeoman, and is now occupied by Thomas Kemp) was formerly one messuage and was lately in the successive occupations of William Izod, John Holmes, William Bache, William Paine and James Barran; together with six cottages in the tenures of -- Penn, --- Carpenter, -- Wright, --- Smith, --- Walton and ----- which were lately built by Henry Greves upon the south west side of the yard belonging to the said house; to secure £300.
