Covenant between Mary Elizabeth Griffin of Kineton, widow, William Griffin of Cropredy, Oxon., gent. and William Jeffkins Edmunds of Staverton, Northants., gent. of the first part, with the consent of Frank Griffin of Kineton, grocer, of the second part, and Francis George Sumner of the Vicarage, Kineton, gent., of the third part that the said Mary Elizabeth Griffin, William Griffin and William Jeffkins Edmunds for £1,000 and for £250 paid to the said Frank Griffin should surrender to the said Francis George Sumner the property described in DR311/6, being a messuage and grocer's shop, office and storerooms with gardens and outbuildings fronting on the west side of Bridge Street, Kineton, the said messuage being in the occupation of the said Mary Elizabeth Griffin and the grocer's shop being in the occupation of the said Frank Griffin.
