Description

Conveyance by lease and release from Richard Allen, grocer, and Samuel Winter, schoolmaster, both of Stratford-upon-Avon, surviving trustees of a deed of 8 June 1749 (DR535/15) to William Manison, mayor of the said borough, William Eaves, Thomas Nott and Thomas Sheldon, aldermen of the same, and John Preston, Samuel Jarvis, William Allen and James Fell, capital burgesses of the same, of the two messuages described in DR535/15, now in the tenure of Dorothy Canning, widow; to hold to the same uses.
