Description

Deed poll under the hand of John Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, (in consideration of a sum of money paid to Daniel Smith, his father) granting to Thomas Lucas of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., a messuage in Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the tenure of `one Parker, widow', and once the freehold of John Smith, deceased, late uncle of the said John.
