Feoffment from John Edwards, late of Stratford-upon-Avon and now of London, baker, and Ann his wife, and Bartholomew Bull of Coventry, clothier, and Priscilla his wife (which said Ann and Priscilla are the daughters and co-heiresses of Richard Walford late of Stratford-upon-Avon, wollen-draper, and Isabell his wife, which Isabell was the only child of Richard Hathaway late of the same, baker) to William Vale of Coventry, clothier, for £40, of three messuages in Elye Street, alias Swyne Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the several tenures of George Myles, John Swanne and Abraham Tybbatts, bounded on the west side by a tenement of Stratford Corporation in the tenure of Abraham Tybbatts, and on the east side by a tenement and plot of ground belonging to John Knight, coverlet weaver. Appointment of Thomas Bott of Coventry, clothier, and Mathew Piggine of Stratford, shoemaker, as attornies to deliver seisin.
