Worcs., brazier (brother and heir-at-law of John Drury late of Evesham, gent., deceased, devisee and sole executor of John Pearsehouse, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent.), with the consent of William Bache of Coventry, soapboiler, to Joseph Egginton of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger (executor and trustee of Richard Azlewood, late of Ingon, yeoman) for £150, of a mortgage, recited, (DR603/16-17) and later assigned (DR603/18-19), of a messuage in Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, lately used by William Bache as a warehouse and shop for making soap, but now in the tenure of - - - Also reciting: will of John Pearshouse, 22 March 1793 repayment of £50 by William Bache, 7 June 1798.
