Description
Assignment from the executors of the will of Mark Weyland (the surviving executor of John Weyland) to Thomas Cresswell of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, of two several terms of 500 and 1000 years in estates in Rowington (vested in John Weyland by deed of 29/30 November 1804) to hold in trust for William Wells to attend the inheritance. Enclosed: i) copy extract of the will of John Weyland, 6 October 1767 ii) copy extract of the will of Mark Weyland, 26 April 1797
