Description
Conveyance by the trustees of the will of Thomas Samuel Simonds (grandson and heir of Thomas Simonds of Mursley), with the consent of their mortgagees, to William Whitworth, for £600, of a close of pasture in Mursley called Taylors Corner (Lot 5 in sale: DR745/61) purchased by Thomas Simonds on 28/29 September 1819 and mortgaged by him to Mary Bowler of Winslow, spinster, on 29 May 1828.
