Description
Copy will of John Taylor of Mickleton whereby he devised to his son Albright Taylor his house and two closes called Hunks' Walk and Phipps' Hole in Mickleton for his life with remainder to the first and other sons of Albright Taylor successively in tail with remainder over in default of such issue to the daughter or daughters of the said Albright Taylor with remainder over in default of such issue to John Taylor, testator's son for life with like remainders over. Also a similar devise to John Taylor of a house in Mickleton and also a bequest of personal property to the said John Taylor. Bequest to testator's wife Frances Taylor. Witnesses: John Taunton, Thomas Foster and John Hornby. Proved by Albright Taylor, 15 July 1800, sole executor in Consistory Court of Gloucester.
