Land in Red Lane in occupation Edmund Foster. To daughters Mary and Beatie and son Samuel; residue personal estate to same three equally Executors: William Hewitt, William Neal and Eusebius Morton. Codicil £5 to wife Mary on day of death. /3: 5 March 1794 [Copy] Articles of Agreement between William Bird, Westminster, Middx., esq., and Stephen Pollard, Coventry, glover, for the conveyance by Bird to Pollard in fee simple (subject to existing lease from Bird to Pollard) of houses and premises in High Street, Coventry for £605.
