Bargain and sale from William Edkins alias Atkins of Wilmcott in Aston Cantlowe, yeoman, and Beatrice his wife to Thomas Golte of North Littleton, Worcs., husbandman, for £61.10s. of the cottage in which the said William Edkins lately lived in Wilmcott with the close adjoining the same called the medowe peice and two selions of arable land in Ellderstubb furlong in the common field of Wilmcott with two butts shooting into them and lying on each side of land of Antony Smyth; one selion of arable land under Churchill and lying between two pieces of land of George Scarlett and one selion of arable land shooting into Newnham Moore between the land of Widow Gybbs and the land of Antony Smyth; one selion of arable land in Out-furlong between the land of George Scarlett and the land of George Perks and two selions of arable land in Lower Leslande between the land of George Perks and the land of Antony Smyth; one selion of arable land under Ridgway between the land of Antony Smyth and George Scarlett and one selion of arable land extending into Ladye Butte between the land of George Scarlett and Richard Smyth; one selion of arable land in Shellfell between the land of George Scarlett and George Perks and one selion of arable land under Wathill between the land of George Scarlett and George Perks; and one selion of land in Long between the land of the said William Edkins and George Scarlett and one lot of thorns at the upper end of Haule Hadland and pasture in the common field.
