Examination of John Chatterley, Bearley, labourer, as to his settlement: aged 71, born at Bearley, son of William and Sarah, whose settlement was at Studley. Service at Bearley, Edstone, Aston Cantlow. Married at Bearley in 1782, wife named Esther and four children, viz: Sarah (12), Charles (10), Ann (9) and Job (6).
