Description

Copy of the will of Thomas Wall of Newton Lodge in Clifton-on-Dunsmore, gent., dated 23 October 1818, whereby he devised to Esther Baisley the house, garden and orchard in which she then resided for her life and after her decease to his half-brother William Parsons of Lilbourn, Northants., grazier, and his heirs for ever; and he devised to the said William Parsons the manor of Newton and all his hereditaments whatsoever in Newton, in Clifton on Dunsmore or elsewhere, also all his personal estate whatsoever subject to certain legacies. Witnesses: Matthew Jessop, John Turville Reynolds and Elizabeth Reynolds.
