Conveyance by Edward Leigh of Rushall, Staffs., esq., to Hugh Clerk of Lilbourne, Northants., yeoman, and his heirs for ever of the Manor of Newton and also a messuage in Newton then in the tenure of John Smith, all which premises were formerly belonging to the former Monastery of Combe in consideration of £140 paid by John Clerk to Edward Leigh.
