Description
`Welcombe Hills. An Historical and Descriptive Poem by John Jordan, of Stratford upon Avon, wheelwright'. Extracts in the author's own hand, from the poem (published in 1777) `by way of specimen', with preface and summary; preceded by printed `Proposals for printing by subscription' and followed by a list of subscribers. At the end (f. 23v-26) is a poem on Alscot.
