Abstract of the title of the trustees under the will of the late Edward Green to a messusage known as the One Elm in Guild Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, and adjoining premises in Shakespeare Street, reciting (inter alia): - conveyance from James Arkell of Cheltenham, farmer, and others to Edward Green of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber dealer, of a piece of land on the corner of Guild Street and Shakespeare Street, thereto forming part of the grounds of the White Lion Hotel in Henley Street, 16 and 17 August 1836: - mortgage concerning the same piece of land on which a messuage known as the One Elm tavern had since been built, 15 and 17 October 1836 - probate of the will of Edward Green, 24 June 1867 (DR1128/2)
