Assignment by lease and release from William Heeks of Beckford, co. Glos., gentleman with the consent of Pearshouse Drury of Evesham, co. Worcs., brazier, and Ann his wife, to John Mosley Gilbert Cheek of Evesham, gentleman, as trustee for John Acton of Bengworth, co. Worcs., ironmonger (reciting DR65/20 and that only £700 now remains due under the recited mortgage) for £700 paid by the said John Acton to the said William Heeks, of two messuages in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon (now divided into three) late in the tenure of John Drury and --- Duffin but now of the said Pearshouse Drury, and a close called the Sling in Old Stratford in the tenure of --- Watson; to hold the same for the residue of the term of 2000 years created by the recited mortgage.
