Worcs., gent., and Thomas Wheeler, his son and heir, of Tanworth, to Henry Ley of Solihull, yeoman, Robert Moore of Alvechurch, co. Worcs., yeoman and Thomas Cowper of Rowington, yeoman, and ending with an indenture, dated 15 August 1862, between Anne Sarjeant Thomas John and Daniel Sarjeant of the first part, John B. Freer of the second part and William Oakes Hunt of the third part.
