ii) contract between Thomas Lord Viscount Weymouth, and William Pain of Buckland, co. Glos., labourer, (in consideration of the cancellation of a lease, dated 18 November 1763, from his Lordship to William Cotterell of a close of meadow in Buckland called Pig Close, for the lives of John Savage and Elizabeth Taylor) to lease to the said William Pain the said close, now in the tenure, for the lives of the said John Taylor and Elizabeth Taylor and John Pain, son of the said William Pain at an annual rent of 2 shillings. 2 December 1767
