Conveyance by lease and release from Joseph Bossward of Bidford, brickmaker and Thomas Baker of Bidford, cooper (husband of Mary the sister of the said Joseph Bossward), to William Hale of Old Stratford, yeoman, for £40, paid to Joseph Bossward and £10 to Thomas Baker, of two messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon in Butts Lane, alias Bull Lane, in the tenures of William Hale and Samuel Hudson [Hutson] bounded on the south by a messuage in the tenure of Matthew Hutson [Hudson], and on the north by a messuage in the tenure of Thomas Taylor.
