Conveyance by lease and release (release missing) from Thomas Cresswell, late of Stratford-upon-Avon but now of Newland, co. Worcs., gentleman, to Peter William Taylor of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, of a messuage in Butts Lane, alias Bull Lane in Old Stratford, late in the tenure of William Hale and now of Richard Keely, together with part of garden measuring in width on the eastward side, from the garden wall of the premises adjoining in the tenure of James Clarke on the south, 15 foot and 10 inches, and divided from the other part of the garden on the north, in the tenure of the said Richard Keely, by a wall built at the expenses of the said Thomas Cresswell.
