Office copy of the will of Rev. William Cherry of Milton in Shipton under Wychwood, co. Oxon., dissenting minister, bequeathing to his son William Cherry and son-in-law Robert Shield of Overbury, co. Worcs., farmer, his five freehold messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon, and all his other real estate; to hold in trust to apply the profits arising therefrom towards the maintenance of the testator's four youngest children, Crescens Smith Cherry, Frederick Ebenezer Cherry, Charles Richard Cherry and Sarah Cooper Cherry until they shall all have attained the age of 21, and after that in trust to sell, and to divide the profits, together with his other stocks, funds and securities, equally amongst his surviving children.
