Bond from Sir Walter Devereux of Castle Bromwich, baronet, to Barnaby Smyth of Kingsbury, gent., and Katherine his wife, in the penal sum of £500, to perform covenants contained in a lease from the said Sir Walter to Barnaby Smyth of a capital messuage and other freehold property in Allesley for life, and of three copyhold messuages and lands in Allesley for 21 years.
