Draft agreement between Samuel Docker and Honourable Edward Leigh for re- building a house in Maxstoke, in Inner Mill Lane, by the Priory wall . Detailed provisions as to the brickwork. Edward Leigh to be responsible for the digging of the foundation trench and for taking down the old chimneys and cleaning the bricks. 'And the said Samuel Docker not to leave the work till all done'
