c 1848 Papers relating to the estate of William Smith, chemist, deceased. 1863-4 Papers relating to redemption of Land Tax on Brewery Buildings and premises in Brewery Street and Shakespeare Street. 1822-55 Papers and deeds relating to transfer to Flowers of mortgage on property at the lower end of Brick Kiln Close originally sold by Robert Besant to Benjamin Green and then mortgaged by Rowland Green to Richard Newland. All the above land originally formed Brick Kiln Close and was sold off as building plots by Robert Besant in 1822.
