Letter from William Sadler of Castle Bromwich to John Ludford of Ansley Hall, requesting him to mention to his tenant Humphry Clark that the payment fo 2shillings p.a. owing to the lord of the manor of Erdington, Sir Lister Holt, and uncollected for many years through neglect of agents, is now claimed as due; give shis opinion that the said rent has not lapsed altogether
