Including memorandum concerning charity given by Henry Tomes to the poor of Stratford and Clifford, 25 Dec 1769 (at back of baptisms); memorandum concerning population of Stratford and the salary of the vicar, 5 Apr 1765 (at back of marriages); account of churchyard walls to be repaired, 1763 (at back of burials).

Back of volume also includes notes on the baptism of Francis Bott, the building of the 'Great Market House', and the navigability of the River Avon, 1747 - 1769; list of ?fees belonging to vicar and payment received for the burial of Mrs Arabella Floger, 1762 - 1787; ?copy licences to eat flesh, Apr 1633; list with dates of curates including burials and list of notable burials and life events of the Shakespeare family covering the period 1558 - 1624.
